We would like to introduce to you our
EuroAffiliate Program! With this program you will have the
opportunity to add excellent content to your website and make sales on the
various tours and hotels we feature for Spain and Portugal. Currently we have
over 350+ tours to choose, ranging from specialty tours (eg. wine tasting,
cooking, walking, etc...) to scheduled sight-seeing coach excursions. As well
recently we have added a Hotel booking section offering the unique
accommodations in the Pardores of Spain and Pousadas of Portugal Hotel
Chains. Apart from the tours and hotels listed online if a client can't seem to
find something suitable to their travel needs we can offer a customized
tailor-made tour where one of our specialist will work one-on-one with them to
put together a memorable vacation.
If you are interested in signing up for this affiliate program it is available
to Registered Businesses and Sole-Proprietors that have their own website(s) (multiple website for 1 company is
possible). You can choose if you want to sell just tours or only hotel
bookings... or better yet both! To be approved for our EuroAffiliate program you

- What is the EuroAffilate Program? It is
an Affiliation program that allows you to add affiliate links on
your website to link to EuroAdventures VacationCentre or
AccommodationCentre as well as directly to certain tours and hotels
you are interested in selling. When visitors from your site
click-thru to EuroAdventures and book a specific tour or hotel you
earn commission.

- How will my EuroAffiliate
Pages Look? When you fill out the sign up form you will be asked
questions on how you would your page display. Page colors can be
customized with: 1 background color, 2 page display colors and 2
link colors. The page format can have a Private-Label Header,
Footer, Left-side and Right-side Menus. If you do not what to change
colors or have a private label page then you can just have our
default page display, just select the options you would like to
have. At the time of filling in the sign up form if you do not know
your preferences for display you can leave it blank and then set
preferences for color and display once the account has been created.

- Where do I get my Affiliate Links? Once
we have created your account you will be provided with login details
to access a private section of our website. To collect links you
have to go to the HTML / XML Links section in the "EuroAffiliate
ToolBox" in your desktop online. Here you will see a list of all our
tour and hotel links with HTML code that you can copy and paste into
your website, as well we offer XML Feed. For further instructions
refer to the Links section once you have been assigned an account.

- Do you offer XML feed for Affiliates?
Yes, you will find all the details for our XML feeds in the HTML /
XML Links Section of the EuroAffiliate ToolBox.

- How are my Affiliate Links tracked? Once
you have added your personalized affiliate links to your website
every time a visitor clicks-thru to our site it is tracked by using
cookies and checks for your AffiliateID in our database online. You
will see in your affiliate URL links it contains a value AF=
this is your AffiliateID that has been assigned to you. We keep
track of all Click-Thrus/Visits which can been seen in the
Click-Thrus/Visits section. When a visitor books a tour or hotel
with us the details of the booking will appear in your EuroDesktop.

- How do you process my client's payments?
If a visitor that has come from your site and books with us they
make payments directly to us and must be made in EUROS
by *Credit Card (*Visa World-wide or European MasterCard)
thru our bank's online secure payment gateway
. Other payment methods are by Bank Wire or Cashiers Cheque. Details
are provided to the visitor when they fill out the Reservation
Request form on any tour or hotel. We invoice your client directly
and then pay out the commission to you after the services have been
completed. For further info on this subject fill out our

- How much commission do I make? Commission
starts at 8.5% (excluding taxes and fees) for all tours listed and
customized tours. For hotel only bookings we offer 5%( excluding
taxes and fees) commission.

- How and when are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid by company cheque or bank wire in EUROS,
you can decide at the time of signing up for an account the best way
for your to receive payment. Commissions are paid out approximately
15-30 days after client's travel dates. You will receive a
Commission Pay Out Report by email when payments are ready to be
paid. There is no minimum amount before commissions are paid, but
you can choose to set an amount for pay out (eg. 50, 100, 500, 1000,
etc...). When you receive the pay out report you must then make a
receipt or invoice for each booking separately stating the amount
and client's booking details. We can only accept multiple bookings
stated in 1 invoice if you are based in Spain. Once you have the
invoices/receipts ready then email to us as a Word.doc or Adobe.pdf.
We will then proceed to either mail your commission cheque or wire
the money for the pay out amount owning.

- How can I keep track of commission earned?
Online in your desktop there is a Commission Report where you can
see all commissions earned of bookings and if they have been paid or
not paid.

- What about cancellations and refunds? If
a client cancels a booking, if we have to refund an amount due to
any circumstance, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a
dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be reversed for any
fees earned or paid on that booking.

- What if my repeat clients contact directly
to you and not through our AffiliateLinks? Once your client has
booked with us the 1st time we register them a CustomerID which is
linked to your AffiliateID in our database, so when a client of
yours come back to us for another booking we know that it is your
client and commission is paid out according. We are here to work
with our value EuroAffiliates not to steal your clients.
