Restaurant we offer you the possibility of enjoying a relaxed evening,
sampling select dishes of local and international cuisine.
The Chef...
Javier Rico has been the chef of the Porta Coeli Restaurant from 2003, but he
worked there from 1989. He is a great expert on Andalusian cuisine, having
represented it in prestigious gastronomic competitions all over the world.
Specialties...
We recommend starting with a tasty carpaccio of grouper and salmon with virgin
olive oil and Modena vinegar, followed by an exquisite back of cod in all-i-oli
on a bed of confit tomato, a symphony of duck (magret, liver, confit and ham),
in its different flavours or a crisp panini of mantecado with peach coulis and
rain of caramelised almonds.
