Catalan Cooking Class - If you are interested in learning how to prepare Spanish signature dishes but you do not have too much time to dedicate to it, consider a morning in the kitchen, followed by a three course lunch.
With the assistance of a professional cooking teacher, prepare a complete menu based on regional recipes- two main dishes and dessert, during a 2 and a half hours hands-on cooking class in English, followed by lunch based on the prepared dishes, accompanied by wine.
The private program is available anytime, for two/four+ persons - depending on the venue, guaranteeing the quality of the venue, the teacher and the food and wine.

DAY 1:
PALAFRUGELL
- One of the richest culinary regions in Catalonia is the Bajo Ampurdan, an area which straddles the foothills of the Pyrenees and the coast, close to the "Costa Brava", the rugged coastal area to the north of the province of Girona.
- Assist to an introductory lesson to the cuisine of this interesting region, and learn how to prepare some of their recipes, such as these meat and fish combinations called "mar y montaña"-sea and mountain. The cooking session takes place at the "Aula Gastronomica de L' Emporda", a professional cooking school close to the village of Palafrugell. There, you will learn how to prepare a characteristic Ampordan menu, followed by lunch with wine.
