  • 1st Course/Dish:
    - Arroz negro de chipirón y zamburiñas. (Black Squid Rice with Small Scallops)
    2nd Course/Dish:
    - Solomillo de vaca vieja de Terra de Lemos con emulsión de piquillo y cachelo. (Aged Beef Sirloin from the "Terra de Lemos" with emulsion of piquillo peppers and baby potatoes)
  • Dessert:
    - Torrija de leche caramelizada con helado y polvo de limón. (Caramelized French Toast with ice-cream and Lemon sprinkles)
