DAY 1:
MALAGA, SEVILLE OR GRANADA AIRPORT - ZAHARA
DE LA SIERRA (RONDA)
- Transfer from Malaga, Seville or Granada
Airport to the hotel
- After settling in enjoy an aperitif in the
Hotel, with presentation of the team and
activities
- Followed by a Welcome Dinner in the Hotel
Restaurant
- Overnight in Zahara de la Sierra

DAY 2:
ZAHARA DE LA SIERRA - MALAGA - ZAHARA DE LA
SIERRA
- Early departure for Malaga centre
- In Malaga´s old quarter we will be
starting the day with the typical “Churro
con Chocolate”, a must if you are visiting
Malaga
- Then we visit the central Market of Malaga
where we will buy most of the items we will
need for our cooking lessons
- Tapas lunch in Malaga
- Afternoon back at the hotel where we will
start our first cooking class
- Dinner based on what has been prepared
- Overnight in Zahara de la Sierra

DAY 3:
ZAHARA DE LA SIERRA - JEREZ DE LA FRONTERA -
ZAHARA DE LA SIERRA
- 09:00-09:45AM: Breakfast
- Trip to Jerez de la Frontera
- To speak of Jerez de la Frontera is to
speak of its sherry wines which have
impregnated the whole of its culture, art
forms and customs since 1100 BC
- We will, therefore, offer you a complete
guide to the most significant wine tourism
resources of the city with a fully-guided
visit to one of the most famous wine cellar
in Jerez
- Lunch in a typical restaurant in the city
centre
- Afternoon back at the hotel
- Free time before having dinner in the
hotel
- Dinner
- Overnight in Zahara de la Sierra

DAY 4:
ZAHARA DE LA SIERRA
- 09:00-09:45AM: Breakfast
- It´s time for our second cooking class
- We will then go for lunch in a fantastic
wine vineyard
- After lunch we will then have the
opportunity for an extensive visit to the
vineyard and learn how they make their
fantastic organic wines
- Following the visit we will then have the
possibility to try their wines
- Free afternoon at the hotel
- Tonight enjoy a beautiful Flamenco show
while we are having dinner in a local
restaurant
- Overnight in Zahara de la Sierra

DAY 5:
ZAHARA DE LA SIERRA - OLIVE OIL AND SPANISH
HAM VISITS - RONDA - ZAHARA DE LA SIERRA
- 09:00-09:45AM: Breakfast
- 10:00AM: Trip to a historic olive
oil mill, which to the present time has been
producing Extra Virgin olive oil in the
traditional way
- Following the visit we will go to a Cured
Spanish Ham Factory where they will explain
to us the full process of "jamon serrano"
making
- Tapas Lunch in Ronda
- Free evening with the possibility of an
excursion to Marbella and Puerto Banus
- Overnight in Zahara de la Sierra

DAY 6:
ZAHARA DE LA SIERRA - RONDA - ZAHARA DE LA
SIERRA
- 09:00-09:45AM: Breakfast
- 10:00AM: Our 3rd cooking class will take
place
- Lunch at the hotel following the class
- Tour of the village of Ronda with plenty
time for the last-minute souvenir shopping
- Surprise Evening!!!! (Can't tell or it
will not be a Surprise!)
- Overnight in Zahara de la Sierra

DAY 7:
ZAHARA DE LA SIERRA - MALAGA, SEVILLE OR
GRANADA AIRPORT
- 09:00-09:45AM: Breakfast
- Transfer back to Malaga, Seville or
Granada Airport and final goodbye from your
guide.
