Northwestern SpainGalicia, Northwestern Spain has always been known by National Spanish travelers as a destination to eat and drink an abundance of fresh Seafood and Fine Wines. Well, now Galicia's fame is becoming internationally known, thanks to high wine ratings in popular wine magazines like Wine Spectator and many others.

Albariño white wines of the Denomination of Origin Rias Baixas have been making the most impact internationally, but as well lies hidden regions in this land like the D.O. Ribeira Sacra on the banks of the River Sil and Miño with spectacular young red wines made of the Mencia grape variety.

Let us show you around these and other picturesque wine regions of Galicia, Northwestern Spain. We also have a
very special small group tour planned for this July during the Festival of St. James that will be personally led by Sean O'Rourke, founder of EuroAdventures. This tour is a mix of walking and wine touring, starting off with walking some parts of the Camino de Santiago trail and then following down the Rias Baixas coast, the land of Albariño wines where you will visit wineries, fishing villages, Celtic Hill-forts, etc...
