Enjoy a short stay city break in Madrid. This tour package includes daily sightseeing tours and accommodation in a city centre 4 star hotel. The hotel is walking distance from many places of enormous interest like Reina Sofia Art Gallery, Retiro Park, Botanic Gardens, Atocha Railway Station, Gran Vía Street, Puerta del Sol and Mayor Square. We give you the option of 3 to 4 nights including a city tour of Madrid with a visit to the Royal Palace, an excursion to El Escorial and Toledo, and if you choose the 4 night option an excursion to Avila and Segovia. This tour package is customizable and adjustments may be made, such as adding on a night with a Flamenco Show, Tapa Tour, etc... Inquire for details...

A magnificent XVIII century building. It is one of the most beautiful palaces in Europe. Apart from its architecture, you may tour the rooms and its rich collections of tapestry, ceramics, clocks, etc.

City trip where you will visit the most important and representative buildings and monuments of Madrid, the noteworthy areas in the ancient Austrian and Bourbon quarters, the nineteenth century new street layout, etc.

TOLEDO:
The city of Toledo holds a collection of one of the most genuinely Spanish monuments as well as a rich artistic and architectural heritage with buildings of practically all periods of Spain´s history ranging from the Gothic to the Baroque. This World Heritage Site remains as Spain´s religious capital and is considered the city of the three cultures i.e. Christian, Moslem and Jewish.


The Royal Monastery of El Escorial ~ Scheduled Coach Tour from MadridESCORIAL:
The Royal Monastery of El Escorial is an imposing 16th Century building. Phillip II ordered its construction and its main architect was Juan Herrera to whom it owed most of its design and building. Many of the best artisans of that period also took part in the process. The Monastery also houses the Mausoleum of the Spanish Monarchs, and it is considered as one of the Eight Wonders of the World.

VALLEY OF THE FALLEN:
An impressive 1,300m high commemorative monument erected in memory of the fallen soldiers of the Spanish Civil War (1936- 1939). It is situated in the Valley of Cuelgamuros on the Guadarrama Range within the provincial limits of Madrid. The tour of the monument includes the Basilica that is daringly carved into a granite mountain as well as the imposing cross with a height of 150m.


Segovia Fairytale Castle ~ Full Day Luxury Coach Tour from MadridAVILA:
The city of AVILA is the birthplace of Spanish Mysticism as well as that of Santa Teresa. It also houses many art treasures. Its 11th Century walls offers one of the best example of a medieval walled city. Its Gothic Cathedral is one of the oldest in Spain. The tour includes the Cathedral, the Convent of Santa Teresa, the 4 Postes Hill and a walking tour of the city.

SEGOVIA:
SEGOVIA is an ancient city of Roman origin. Amongst its many historical monuments are the Aqueduct which was built during the reign of Caesar Augustus, the Gothic Cathedral and the 11th Century Alcazar, which are all included on our walking tour.
